  • Orders are placed via WhatsApp using the contact number provided
  • A minimum order of 3 units is required
  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR)
  • Payment details will be provided upon order confirmation
  • Orders will only be processed once payment has been received and confirmed
  • We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice

5. Delivery

  • Delivery arrangements will be communicated directly via WhatsApp
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and order volume
  • Eden Harvesters is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control

6. Product Information

  • All products are made using 100% fruit-derived ingredients
  • Our juices are fresh and perishable and should be stored as advised
  • While we aim for consistency, colour and taste may vary slightly due to natural ingredients

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted
  • Refunds or replacements are only provided for:
  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect orders

  • Once an order is being prepared or has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
